A kivizsg\u00e1l\u00e1s sor\u00e1n a rend\u0151rs\u00e9g arra der\u00edtett f\u00e9nyt, hogy 2012 \u00e9s 2016 k\u00f6z\u00f6tt nyolc udvarhelysz\u00e9ki kereskedelmi egys\u00e9g n\u00e9gy k\u00e9pvisel\u0151je \u00f6sszedolgozva nagy \u00e9rt\u00e9k\u0171 ad\u00f3csal\u00e1ssal k\u00e1ros\u00edtotta meg az \u00e1llamot. Azzal gyan\u00fas\u00edtj\u00e1k \u0151ket, hogy egy p\u00e9nz\u00fcgyi-banki csal\u00e1srendszer seg\u00edts\u00e9g\u00e9vel megker\u00fclt\u00e9k ad\u00f3k\u00f6telezetts\u00e9g\u00fcket, aminek k\u00f6zvetve r\u00e9szesei voltak az \u00e1ltaluk vezetett v\u00e1llalatok.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A n\u00e9gy gyan\u00fas\u00edtott fikt\u00edv \u00e1rubeszerz\u00e9sekr\u0151l sz\u00f3l\u00f3 sz\u00e1ml\u00e1kat vezetett be v\u00e1llalkoz\u00e1sai k\u00f6nyvel\u00e9s\u00e9be, egyebek mellett \u00e9p\u00edt\u0151anyagok \u00e9s aut\u00f3alkatr\u00e9szek v\u00e1s\u00e1rl\u00e1s\u00e1r\u00f3l, majd visszaig\u00e9nyelt\u00e9k az \u00e1f\u00e1t ezekre, csal\u00e1ssal cs\u00f6kkentve j\u00f6vedelmi ad\u00f3jukat. Ez\u00e1ltal egymilli\u00f3 lejest k\u00e1rt okoztak az \u00e1llamnak.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A tizenegy h\u00e1zkutat\u00e1sban 32 rend\u0151r vett r\u00e9szt: 45 pecs\u00e9tet, 18 c\u00e9g k\u00f6nyvel\u00e9s\u00e9t, h\u00e9t adatt\u00e1rol\u00f3t (laptopot, sz\u00e1m\u00edt\u00f3g\u00e9pet, k\u00fcls\u0151 merevlemezt \u00e9s mem\u00f3riak\u00e1rty\u00e1t), h\u00e1rom mobiltelefont, egy nem t\u00f6rv\u00e9nyesen birtokolt sportfegyvert, egy sz\u00e1mszer\u00edjat, 1050 doll\u00e1rt, 652 eur\u00f3t, 75 ezer forintot \u00e9s 74 147 lejt foglaltak le. H\u00e1rom szem\u00e9lyt, a 61 \u00e9ves L. Z.-t, a 33 \u00e9ves O. A.-t \u00e9s G. I.-t \u0151rizetbe vett\u00e9k, \u00e9s javasolt\u00e1k el\u0151zetes letart\u00f3ztat\u00e1sukat.
