Az esem\u00e9ny koszor\u00faz\u00e1ssal folytat\u00f3dott, majd a staf\u00e9ta \u00e1tad\u00e1sa k\u00f6vetkezett a \u201eDrago\u0219 Vod\u0103\u201d 17- es hegyivad\u00e1sz z\u00e1szl\u00f3aljnak. A harci z\u00e1szl\u00f3 \u00e1tv\u00e9tele ut\u00e1n a Ple\u0219 tet\u0151r\u0151l felhangzottak a hegyivad\u00e1szok indul\u00f3j\u00e1nak meghat\u00f3 akkordjai. Oldalain h\u00e1rom m\u00e1rv\u00e1nyt\u00e1bla tal\u00e1lhat\u00f3, egyik a 1917 j\u00falius 27-re eml\u00e9keztet, amikor a hegyivad\u00e1szok a frontra indultak; a m\u00e1sodik t\u00e1bl\u00e1n a 72 elesett hegyivad\u00e1sz neve tal\u00e1lhat\u00f3; a harmadik az eml\u00e9km\u0171 leleplez\u00e9se alkalm\u00e1val \u00edrott sz\u00f6veget tartalmazza. A talapzaton k\u00e9t bronz domborm\u0171 kapott helyet. Egyik\u00fck sz\u00e1rnyas n\u0151alakot \u00e1br\u00e1zol, oldal\u00e1n karddal, \u00e9ppen leugr\u00f3ban egy hegy tetej\u00e9r\u0151l, Rom\u00e1ni\u00e1t jelk\u00e9pezi. Bal kez\u00e9ben Rom\u00e1nia c\u00edmere a v\u00e1ll\u00e1ra t\u00e1masztva, jobb kez\u00e9ben bab\u00e9rkoszor\u00fa. A m\u00e1sodik domborm\u0171 a harc hev\u00e9ben tal\u00e1lhat\u00f3 katon\u00e1kat \u00e1br\u00e1zol, harci sisakkal a fej\u00fck\u00f6n \u00e9s bajonettel a kez\u00fckben. A talapzat egy magasabb r\u00e9sz\u00e9n bronz sas tal\u00e1lhat\u00f3, amely nyugat fel\u00e9 k\u00e9sz\u00fcl elrep\u00fclni, abba az ir\u00e1nyba amerre az els\u0151 hegyivad\u00e1sz z\u00e1szl\u00f3alj a frontra indult.
