A betegek arr\u00f3l panaszkodnak, hogy \u201ecsak a nagyon s\u00falyos betegek r\u00e9szes\u00fclnek a csal\u00e1dorvosi ell\u00e1t\u00e1sban, akik azt kock\u00e1ztatj\u00e1k, hogy saj\u00e1t zsebb\u0151l kell kifizess\u00e9k a v\u00e9ghezvitt m\u0171veleteket, mert a rendszer nem \u00e9rv\u00e9nyes\u00edti azokat\u201d. Az Orsz\u00e1gos Eg\u00e9szs\u00e9gbiztos\u00edt\u00f3 P\u00e9nzt\u00e1r, amely az eg\u00e9szs\u00e9g\u00fcgyi miniszter szerint felel\u0151s a rendszer m\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9s\u00e9\u00e9rt, szabadkozik, \u00e9s azt mondja, hogy mindent megtesznek a rendszer \u00fajraind\u00edt\u00e1sa \u00e9rdek\u00e9ben. \u201eJ\u00falius 18-\u00e1n megk\u00eds\u00e9relj\u00fck \u00fajraind\u00edtani a programot\u201d, nyilatkozta Daniel Osmanovici az Orsz\u00e1gos Eg\u00e9szs\u00e9gbiztos\u00edt\u00f3 P\u00e9nzt\u00e1r sz\u00f3viv\u0151je.
