A prefektusi int\u00e9zm\u00e9ny fel\u00fcgyelete alatt a bel\u00fcgyminiszt\u00e9rium k\u00f6zel 90 alkalmazottja tev\u00e9kenykedett Hargita megye szintj\u00e9n annak ellen\u0151rz\u00e9se \u00e9rdek\u00e9ben, hogy a zs\u00fafolt helyeken betartott\u00e1k-e az eg\u00e9szs\u00e9g\u00fcgyi int\u00e9zked\u00e9seket.<\/p>\n

Az 54 rend\u0151rb\u0151l, 14 csend\u0151rb\u0151l, 12 helyi rend\u0151rb\u0151l, az Orsz\u00e1gos \u00c1llateg\u00e9szs\u00e9g\u00fcgyi \u00e9s \u00c9lelmiszerbiztons\u00e1gi Hat\u00f3s\u00e1g 4 k\u00e9pvisel\u0151j\u00e9b\u0151l \u00e9s 4 munka\u00fcgyi fel\u00fcgyel\u0151b\u0151l \u00e1ll\u00f3 ellen\u0151rz\u0151 csapat f\u0151leg turisztikai vonzat\u00fa helyeket, illetve nagy szem\u00e9lyforgalm\u00fa helyeket ellen\u0151rizett.<\/p>\n

A tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9g sor\u00e1n 81 kereskedelmi egys\u00e9get ellen\u0151riztek \u00e9s meg\u00e1llap\u00edtott\u00e1k, hogy mindegyik eleget tett a kock\u00e1zati hat\u00e1s cs\u00f6kkent\u00e9s\u00e9t c\u00e9lz\u00f3 int\u00e9zked\u00e9seknek az 55\/2020-as t\u00f6rv\u00e9ny el\u0151\u00edr\u00e1sai szerint.<\/p>\n

Az el\u0151z\u0151 id\u0151szakhoz hasonl\u00f3an sz\u00e1mos megel\u0151z\u0151 \u00fczenetet k\u00fcldtek mind a gazdas\u00e1gi szerepl\u0151knek mind fizikai szem\u00e9lyeknek, de azokban a helyzetekben, amikor ism\u00e9telt t\u00f6rv\u00e9nyszeg\u00e9st vagy egyenesen rosszindulatot tapasztaltak, p\u00e9nzb\u00edrs\u00e1ggal j\u00e1r\u00f3 b\u00fcntet\u00e9st is kiszabtak.<\/p>\n

\u00cdgy az egy\u00e9ni v\u00e9dekez\u00e9si int\u00e9zked\u00e9sek megs\u00e9rt\u00e9se miatt 13 szankci\u00f3ra ker\u00fclt sor, ebb\u0151l 12 figyelmeztet\u00e9s volt \u00e9s egy 500 lejes p\u00e9nzb\u00edrs\u00e1g.<\/p>\n

Tov\u00e1bbi 6 figyelmeztet\u00e9st alkalmaztak a fizikai t\u00e1vols\u00e1g \u00e9s az asztalokn\u00e1l lev\u0151 helyekre vonatkoz\u00f3 rendszab\u00e1lyok be nem tart\u00e1sa miatt teraszokon, az \u00e9rintetteket figyelmeztett\u00e9k a helyzet orvosl\u00e1s\u00e1ra.<\/p>\n

Tov\u00e1bbi 51 p\u00e9nzb\u00edrs\u00e1got r\u00f3ttak ki, \u00f6sszesen 143.000 lej \u00e9rt\u00e9kben t\u00f6rv\u00e9nytelen kereskedelem, a k\u00f6zleked\u00e9si rendszab\u00e1lyok be nem tart\u00e1sa, \u00e9s egy\u00e9b t\u00f6rv\u00e9nyes rendelkez\u00e9sek megszeg\u00e9se miatt.<\/p>\n

Az eg\u00e9sz k\u00f6z\u00f6ss\u00e9g eg\u00e9szs\u00e9g\u00e9nek v\u00e9delme \u00e9rdek\u00e9ben folytatott tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9gek a k\u00f6vetkez\u0151 id\u0151szakban folytat\u00f3dnak, ebben az \u00e9rtelemben azt aj\u00e1nljuk, hogy minden polg\u00e1r tartsa be az eg\u00e9szs\u00e9gv\u00e9delmi int\u00e9zked\u00e9seket, mind saj\u00e1t biztons\u00e1ga, mind m\u00e1sok v\u00e9delme \u00e9rdek\u00e9ben.<\/p>\n
