A P\u00e9nz\u00fcgyminiszt\u00e9rium \u00e9s az Ad\u00f3- \u00e9s P\u00e9nz\u00fcgyi Hivatal (ANAF) bejelentette az e-Transport alkalmaz\u00e1s v\u00e9gleges\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9t, amely a magas ad\u00f3kock\u00e1zat\u00fa \u00e1ruk belf\u00f6ldi k\u00f6z\u00fati fuvaroz\u00e1s\u00e1t \u00e9s a nemzetk\u00f6zi k\u00f6z\u00fati \u00e1rufuvaroz\u00e1st fel\u00fcgyeli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Az alkalmaz\u00e1s m\u00e1r felt\u00f6lt\u00e9sre ker\u00fclt az Apple Store \u00e9s a Google Play platformokra, a j\u00f3v\u00e1hagy\u00e1s folyamatban van, \u00e9s legk\u00e9s\u0151bb 2024. j\u00falius 15-ig m\u0171k\u00f6d\u0151k\u00e9pes \u00e9s let\u00f6lthet\u0151 lesz a felhaszn\u00e1l\u00f3k sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ezzel \u00f6sszef\u00fcgg\u00e9sben 2024. j\u00falius 15-t\u0151l 2024. augusztus 31-ig az alkalmaz\u00e1s a technikai param\u00e9terek tesztel\u00e9si id\u0151szak\u00e1ban van.<\/p>\n\n\n

Pontos\u00edtjuk, hogy a 41\/2022. sz\u00e1m\u00fa s\u00fcrg\u0151ss\u00e9gi korm\u00e1nyrendelet 13^1. cikk d) \u00e9s e) pontj\u00e1nak rendelkez\u00e9sei 2024. szeptember 1-j\u00e9t\u0151l alkalmazand\u00f3k.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eml\u00e9keztetj\u00fck \u00d6n\u00f6ket, hogy az \u00e1rusz\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1s nyomon k\u00f6vet\u00e9se \u00e9rdek\u00e9ben a RO e- Transport rendszer adatokat k\u00e9r le a GPS helymeghat\u00e1roz\u00f3 rendszerekb\u0151l, amennyiben az \u00e1rusz\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00f3 j\u00e1rm\u0171vek ilyen rendszerrel vannak felszerelve. Ezekre a helyzetekre vonatkoz\u00f3an a P\u00e9nz\u00fcgyminiszt\u00e9rium honlapj\u00e1n, a RO e-Transport oldalon megtal\u00e1lhat\u00f3k a m\u0171szaki el\u0151\u00edr\u00e1sok.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ellenkez\u0151 esetben a j\u00e1rm\u0171veket m\u0171holdas helymeghat\u00e1roz\u00e1si \u00e9s adat\u00e1tviteli technol\u00f3gi\u00e1t haszn\u00e1l\u00f3 mobiltelefon t\u00edpus\u00fa k\u00e9sz\u00fcl\u00e9kkel kell felszerelni, amelyre a CNIF \u00e1ltal kifejlesztett alkalmaz\u00e1s van telep\u00edtve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A k\u00f6z\u00fati fuvaroz\u00f3 k\u00f6teles biztos\u00edtani a RO e-Transport \u00e1ltal fel\u00fcgyelt \u00e1ruk teljes sz\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1si \u00fatvonala sor\u00e1n a rendszerb\u0151l a bejelent\u00e9ssel \u00e9rintett sz\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00f3j\u00e1rm\u0171 helyzetadatainak \u00e1tvitel\u00e9t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Az enged\u00e9lyezett gazdas\u00e1gi szerepl\u0151kre kiszabott szankci\u00f3k elhalaszt\u00e1s\u00e1ra vonatkoz\u00f3 pontos\u00edt\u00e1sok<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eml\u00e9keztet\u00fcnk arra, hogy a 2024. j\u00fanius 28-i korm\u00e1ny\u00fcl\u00e9sen a 87\/2024. sz\u00e1m\u00fa s\u00fcrg\u0151ss\u00e9gi korm\u00e1nyrendeletben d\u00f6nt\u00f6ttek arr\u00f3l, hogy az e-Transport-r\u00f3l sz\u00f3l\u00f3 jogszab\u00e1lyban el\u0151\u00edrt szankci\u00f3k alkalmaz\u00e1s\u00e1t 2025. janu\u00e1r 1-j\u00e9ig elhalasztj\u00e1k, kiz\u00e1r\u00f3lag a 952\/2013\/EU rendelet 38. cikk\u00e9nek rendelkez\u00e9sei szerint enged\u00e9lyezett gazdas\u00e1gi szerepl\u0151k eset\u00e9ben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Az int\u00e9zked\u00e9sre az\u00e9rt van sz\u00fcks\u00e9g, hogy elker\u00fclhet\u0151 legyen a sz\u0171k keresztmetszet a nemzetgazdas\u00e1gban jelent\u0151s s\u00falyt k\u00e9pvisel\u0151 tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9get v\u00e9gz\u0151 \u00e9s rendszeresen nemzetk\u00f6zi \u00e1rufuvaroz\u00e1st v\u00e9gz\u0151 enged\u00e9lyezett gazdas\u00e1gi szerepl\u0151k szintj\u00e9n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A RO e-Transport rendszer<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A RO e-Transport rendszer figyelemmel k\u00eds\u00e9ri a magas ad\u00f3kock\u00e1zatot jelent\u0151 \u00e1ruk belf\u00f6ldi k\u00f6z\u00fati fuvaroz\u00e1s\u00e1t \u00e9s a nemzetk\u00f6zi k\u00f6z\u00fati \u00e1rufuvaroz\u00e1st, amely fontos eleme az ANAF digitaliz\u00e1l\u00e1s\u00e1nak, amelynek c\u00e9lja az ad\u00f3csal\u00e1s elleni k\u00fczdelem adminisztrat\u00edv kapacit\u00e1s\u00e1nak n\u00f6vel\u00e9se.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A RO e-Transport rendszer az \u00e1ltala kezelt mechanizmusok r\u00e9v\u00e9n jelent\u0151sen hozz\u00e1j\u00e1rul a \u00e1fa-k\u00fcl\u00f6nb\u00f6zet cs\u00f6kkent\u00e9s\u00e9hez, mivel figyelemmel k\u00eds\u00e9ri a magas ad\u00f3kock\u00e1zat\u00fa \u00e1ruk sz\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1t, \u00e9s c\u00e9lja a kereskedelmi tranzakci\u00f3k megad\u00f3ztat\u00e1sa, valamint az \u00e1llami k\u00f6lts\u00e9gvet\u00e9sbe befoly\u00f3 bev\u00e9telek n\u00f6vel\u00e9se.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A magas kock\u00e1zat\u00fa belf\u00f6ldi \u00e9s nemzetk\u00f6zi fuvaroz\u00e1st v\u00e9gz\u0151 valamennyi ad\u00f3fizet\u0151 t\u00e1j\u00e9koztat\u00e1sa \u00e9rdek\u00e9ben a P\u00e9nz\u00fcgyminiszt\u00e9rium \u00e9s az ANAF kidolgozta az orsz\u00e1gos e-Transport rendszerr\u0151l sz\u00f3l\u00f3 \u00fatmutat\u00f3t, amely ITT<\/a> \u00e9rhet\u0151 el.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
