Az E.ON Asist Complet, az energetikai szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1sokra szakosodott v\u00e1llalat az energetikai infrastrukt\u00fara telep\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9re \u00e9s karbantart\u00e1s\u00e1ra \u00f6sszpontos\u00edt. A tranzakci\u00f3t a tervek szerint 2025-ben z\u00e1rj\u00e1k le, miut\u00e1n az illet\u00e9kes hat\u00f3s\u00e1gokt\u00f3l megkapt\u00e1k a sz\u00fcks\u00e9ges j\u00f3v\u00e1hagy\u00e1sokat. Az \u00fcgylet \u00e9rt\u00e9k\u00e9t nem hozt\u00e1k nyilv\u00e1noss\u00e1gra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M\u00e1trai K\u00e1roly, az MVM Csoport vez\u00e9rigazgat\u00f3ja a tranzakci\u00f3 strat\u00e9giai jelent\u0151s\u00e9g\u00e9t hangs\u00falyozta: \u201eA mai l\u00e9p\u00e9s fontos m\u00e9rf\u00f6ldk\u0151 az MVM Csoport region\u00e1lis terjeszked\u00e9se szempontj\u00e1b\u00f3l. Ezzel a felv\u00e1s\u00e1rl\u00e1ssal meger\u0151s\u00edtj\u00fck poz\u00edci\u00f3nkat K\u00f6z\u00e9p- \u00e9s Kelet-Eur\u00f3p\u00e1ban, \u00e9s biztos\u00edtjuk a folytonoss\u00e1got rom\u00e1niai \u00fcgyfeleink sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra, akik tov\u00e1bbra is a legmagasabb sz\u00ednvonal\u00fa szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1sban r\u00e9szes\u00fclnek. Izgatottan v\u00e1rom a rom\u00e1niai vezet\u0151i csapattal val\u00f3 egy\u00fcttm\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9st \u00e9s a helyi piac fejl\u0151d\u00e9s\u00e9t t\u00e1mogat\u00f3 \u00faj szinergi\u00e1k felkutat\u00e1s\u00e1t.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Marc Spieker, az E.ON SE kereskedelmi igazgat\u00f3ja a k\u00f6vetkez\u0151k\u00e9ppen indokolta az E.ON d\u00f6nt\u00e9s\u00e9t: \u201eAz E.ON folyamatosan fel\u00fclvizsg\u00e1lja portf\u00f3li\u00f3j\u00e1t, hogy t\u00e1mogassa fenntarthat\u00f3s\u00e1gi, digitaliz\u00e1ci\u00f3s \u00e9s n\u00f6veked\u00e9si strat\u00e9gi\u00e1j\u00e1t. Ez a tranzakci\u00f3 alapos elemz\u00e9s eredm\u00e9nye, \u00e9s lehet\u0151v\u00e9 teszi sz\u00e1munkra, hogy olyan kiemelt ter\u00fcletekre \u00f6sszpontos\u00edtsunk, amelyek \u00f6sszhangban vannak azzal a c\u00e9lkit\u0171z\u00e9s\u00fcnkkel, hogy az eur\u00f3pai energia\u00e1talak\u00edt\u00e1s kataliz\u00e1tor\u00e1v\u00e1 v\u00e1ljunk.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Az E.ON Energie Romania \u00e9s az E.ON Asist Complet operat\u00edv tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9gei zavartalanul folytat\u00f3dnak, magas sz\u00ednvonal\u00fa szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1sokat biztos\u00edtva az \u00fcgyfelek \u00e9s partnerek sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra.
