Az \u00faj, korszer\u0171 \u00e9s integr\u00e1lt j\u00e1r\u00f3beteg-ell\u00e1t\u00f3 egy\u00e9rtelm\u0171en meger\u0151s\u00edti a Cs\u00edkszeredai Megyei S\u00fcrg\u0151ss\u00e9gi K\u00f3rh\u00e1z region\u00e1lis szerep\u00e9t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>A kezdem\u00e9nyez\u00e9s megalapoz\u00e1sa: magas szint\u0171 egyeztet\u00e9sek<\/strong><br>A Poliklinika avat\u00e1sa el\u0151tt szakmai egyeztet\u00e9sre ker\u00fclt sor Kelemen Hunor, a Rom\u00e1niai Magyar Demokrata Sz\u00f6vets\u00e9g eln\u00f6ke \u00e9s T\u00e1nczos Barna minisztereln\u00f6k-helyettes k\u00f6z\u00f6tt. Ezen a tal\u00e1lkoz\u00f3n hat\u00e1rozt\u00e1k meg azokat a strat\u00e9giai ir\u00e1nyokat, amelyek a mostani, bukaresti eg\u00e9szs\u00e9g\u00fcgyi miniszt\u00e9riumi tal\u00e1lkoz\u00f3 alapj\u00e1ul is szolg\u00e1ltak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A miniszt\u00e9riumban zajl\u00f3 megbesz\u00e9l\u00e9seken r\u00e9szt vett T\u00e1nczos Barna minisztereln\u00f6k-helyettes, B\u00edr\u00f3 Barna-Botond, a Hargita Megye Tan\u00e1csa eln\u00f6ke, Dobos Melinda \u00e9s R\u00e1kosi-Seiwarth Ildik\u00f3 megyei tan\u00e1csosok, a k\u00f3rh\u00e1z igazgat\u00f3tan\u00e1cs\u00e1nak tagjai, valamint a Cs\u00edkszeredai Megyei S\u00fcrg\u0151ss\u00e9gi K\u00f3rh\u00e1z r\u00e9sz\u00e9r\u0151l dr. Konr\u00e1d Judit menedzser \u00e9s dr. Adrian-Cristian Dobric\u0103, kutat\u00e1si \u00e9s fejleszt\u00e9si igazgat\u00f3, szakorvos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>A Cs\u00edkszeredai Megyei S\u00fcrg\u0151ss\u00e9gi K\u00f3rh\u00e1z \u2013 hossz\u00fa t\u00e1v\u00fa fejleszt\u00e9si koncepci\u00f3<\/strong><br>A megbesz\u00e9l\u00e9sek k\u00f6z\u00e9ppontj\u00e1ban a megyei s\u00fcrg\u0151ss\u00e9gi k\u00f3rh\u00e1z fejleszt\u00e9si ir\u00e1nyai, a sz\u00fcks\u00e9ges beruh\u00e1z\u00e1sok, valamint az int\u00e9zm\u00e9ny hossz\u00fa t\u00e1v\u00fa v\u00edzi\u00f3ja \u00e1lltak, azzal a f\u0151 c\u00e9llal, hogy a megyei eg\u00e9szs\u00e9g\u00fcgyi szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1sok sz\u00ednvonal\u00e1t magasabb szintre emelj\u00e9k.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ebb\u0151l az alkalomb\u00f3l Alexandru Rogobete minisztert megh\u00edvt\u00e1k Hargita megy\u00e9be is, hogy a helysz\u00ednen m\u00e9rje fel a k\u00f3rh\u00e1z fejleszt\u00e9si sz\u00fcks\u00e9gleteit, \u00e9s hogy szem\u00e9lyesen tegye le a k\u00f6vetkez\u0151 \u00e9vekben megval\u00f3s\u00edtand\u00f3 beruh\u00e1z\u00e1sok alapjait.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>L\u00e9p\u00e9sek a k\u00f3rh\u00e1z strat\u00e9giai szerep\u00e9nek elismertet\u00e9s\u00e9\u00e9rt<\/strong><br>A tal\u00e1lkoz\u00f3 keret\u00e9ben a miniszter egy r\u00e9szletes dokumentumot vehetett \u00e1t, amely bemutatja a k\u00f3rh\u00e1z jelenlegi helyzet\u00e9t, szakter\u00fcleti kompetenci\u00e1it, valamint fejleszt\u00e9si sz\u00fcks\u00e9gleteit. Az anyag kiemeli az int\u00e9zm\u00e9ny region\u00e1lis szerep\u00e9t, a nagyfok\u00fa komplexit\u00e1s\u00fa esetek sz\u00e1m\u00e1nak n\u00f6veked\u00e9s\u00e9t, a stroke-ell\u00e1t\u00e1s \u00e9s a kardiol\u00f3giai beavatkoz\u00e1sok k\u00f6zpontjainak fontoss\u00e1g\u00e1t, valamint a folyamatban l\u00e9v\u0151 vagy el\u0151k\u00e9sz\u00edt\u00e9s alatt \u00e1ll\u00f3, t\u00f6bb sz\u00e1zmilli\u00f3 lejes beruh\u00e1z\u00e1si projekteket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A dokumentum \u00f6sszefoglalja azokat a szakmai \u00e9rveket, amelyek alapj\u00e1n a Cs\u00edkszeredai Megyei S\u00fcrg\u0151ss\u00e9gi K\u00f3rh\u00e1z meg\u00e9rdemeln\u00e9, hogy a miniszt\u00e9rium \u00e1ltal javasolt \u00faj rendszerben strat\u00e9giai besorol\u00e1st kapjon. 2024-t\u0151l az int\u00e9zm\u00e9nyt a II. kateg\u00f3ri\u00e1ba sorolt\u00e1k, mint magas szint\u0171 ell\u00e1t\u00e1st ny\u00fajt\u00f3 k\u00f3rh\u00e1zat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tekintettel arra, hogy az Eg\u00e9szs\u00e9g\u00fcgyi Miniszt\u00e9riumban jelenleg is zajlik egy \u00faj kateg\u00f3ria, az \u00fagynevezett \u201estrat\u00e9giai k\u00f3rh\u00e1zak\u201d l\u00e9trehoz\u00e1s\u00e1r\u00f3l sz\u00f3l\u00f3 vita, a Cs\u00edkszeredai Megyei S\u00fcrg\u0151ss\u00e9gi K\u00f3rh\u00e1z hivatalosan is beny\u00fajtotta k\u00e9r\u00e9s\u00e9t, hogy felker\u00fclj\u00f6n a region\u00e1lis strat\u00e9giai jelent\u0151s\u00e9g\u0171 int\u00e9zm\u00e9nyek list\u00e1j\u00e1ra. A k\u00e9r\u00e9shez szakmai \u00e9rvek \u00e9s konkr\u00e9t adatok t\u00e1rsulnak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>C\u00e9l: magas sz\u00ednvonal\u00fa region\u00e1lis eg\u00e9szs\u00e9g\u00fcgyi szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1sok<\/strong><br>B\u00edr\u00f3 Barna-Botond, a Hargita Megye Tan\u00e1csa eln\u00f6ke hangs\u00falyozta, hogy a legfontosabb c\u00e9l az int\u00e9zm\u00e9ny region\u00e1lis szintre emel\u00e9se \u00e9s az eg\u00e9szs\u00e9g\u00fcgyi szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1sok min\u0151s\u00e9g\u00e9nek jelent\u0151s jav\u00edt\u00e1sa, annak \u00e9rdek\u00e9ben, hogy a megye \u00e9s a t\u00e9rs\u00e9g lakoss\u00e1ga min\u00e9l korszer\u0171bb ell\u00e1t\u00e1sban r\u00e9szes\u00fclhessen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201eHargita megy\u00e9ben az eg\u00e9szs\u00e9g\u00fcgyi rendszer legnagyobb er\u0151forr\u00e1s\u00e1t az orvosi szem\u00e9lyzet jelenti, \u00e9s az \u0151 szakmai teljes\u00edtm\u00e9ny\u00fck k\u00e9pezi minden fejleszt\u00e9s alapj\u00e1t. Ugyanakkor ugyanolyan fontos a k\u00f3rh\u00e1z \u00e9s a Megyei Tan\u00e1cs k\u00f6z\u00f6tti j\u00f3 kapcsolat is, egy bizalmon alapul\u00f3 egy\u00fcttm\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9s, amelynek keret\u00e9ben val\u00f3di eredm\u00e9nyeket lehet el\u00e9rni. K\u00f6sz\u00f6n\u00f6m a k\u00f3rh\u00e1z vezet\u00e9s\u00e9nek a nyitotts\u00e1got \u00e9s azt a partners\u00e9get, amely lehet\u0151v\u00e9 teszi, hogy egy\u00fctt gondolkodjunk a j\u00f6v\u0151r\u0151l.
