Az \u00faj rendszer megyei szinten hangolja \u00f6ssze a hullad\u00e9kgy\u0171jt\u00e9st, -sz\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1st \u00e9s -kezel\u00e9st.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bevezet\u00e9s\u00e9vel a h\u00e1ztart\u00e1soknak \u00e9s a tulajdonosi t\u00e1rsul\u00e1soknak szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1si szerz\u0151d\u00e9st kell k\u00f6tni\u00fck a kijel\u00f6lt szolg\u00e1ltat\u00f3val.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Hargita Megye Tan\u00e1csa kiemeli, hogy a k\u00f6ztisztas\u00e1gi szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1si szerz\u0151d\u00e9sek megk\u00f6t\u00e9s\u00e9nek k\u00f6telezetts\u00e9g\u00e9t nem a megyei tan\u00e1cs vagy a polg\u00e1rmesteri hivatalok d\u00f6nt\u00e9se \u00edrja el\u0151, hanem az orsz\u00e1gos jogszab\u00e1lyok.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mit \u00edrnak el\u0151 a megyei tan\u00e1cs \u00e1ltal hivatkozott jogszab\u00e1lyok?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Az int\u00e9zm\u00e9ny t\u00e1j\u00e9koztat\u00e1sa szerint az ANRSC 97\/2025-\u00f6s rendelet\u00e9nek 107. cikke (1) bekezd\u00e9se kimondja: amennyiben a szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1s ellen\u00e9rt\u00e9k\u00e9t d\u00edj form\u00e1j\u00e1ban fizetik meg, a felhaszn\u00e1l\u00f3k k\u00f6telesek szerz\u0151d\u00e9st k\u00f6tni a hullad\u00e9k elk\u00fcl\u00f6n\u00edtett gy\u0171jt\u00e9s\u00e9re \u00e9s sz\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1ra kijel\u00f6lt szolg\u00e1ltat\u00f3val.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ez az el\u0151\u00edr\u00e1s Hargita megye k\u00f6ztisztas\u00e1gi szab\u00e1lyzat\u00e1nak 94. cikke (1) bekezd\u00e9s\u00e9ben is szerepel, \u00e9s egyar\u00e1nt vonatkozik az egy\u00e9ni h\u00e1ztart\u00e1sokra, valamint a tulajdonosi t\u00e1rsul\u00e1sokba szervez\u0151d\u00f6tt felhaszn\u00e1l\u00f3kra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mi t\u00f6rt\u00e9nik, ha valaki nem k\u00f6t szerz\u0151d\u00e9st?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A szerz\u0151d\u00e9sk\u00f6t\u00e9s megtagad\u00e1sa <strong>500 \u00e9s 1000 lej k\u00f6z\u00f6tti b\u00edrs\u00e1ggal<\/strong> s\u00fajthat\u00f3 a 101\/2006-os t\u00f6rv\u00e9ny 62. cikk\u00e9nek (5) bekezd\u00e9se alapj\u00e1n, amelyre Hargita Megye Tan\u00e1csa is hivatkozik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Emellett azoknak, akik egy\u00e9nileg, szerz\u0151d\u00e9s n\u00e9lk\u00fcl veszik ig\u00e9nybe a k\u00f6ztisztas\u00e1gi szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1st, a helyi tan\u00e1cs \u00e1ltal meg\u00e1llap\u00edtott \u00e9s j\u00f3v\u00e1hagyott k\u00f6ztisztas\u00e1gi ad\u00f3t kell fizetni\u00fck a polg\u00e1rmesteri hivatalnak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A k\u00f6zlem\u00e9nyben hivatkozott ANRSC 97\/2025-\u00f6s rendelet\u00e9nek 108. cikke szerint <strong>ez az ad\u00f3 el\u00e9rheti a szerz\u0151d\u00e9ssel rendelkez\u0151 felhaszn\u00e1l\u00f3k \u00e1ltal fizetett sz\u00e1mla \u00e9rt\u00e9k\u00e9nek h\u00e1romszoros\u00e1t<\/strong>. A pontos \u00f6sszeget a helyi tan\u00e1cs hat\u00e1rozatban \u00e1llap\u00edtja meg, a jogszab\u00e1lyoknak megfelel\u0151en.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A szerz\u0151d\u00e9s hi\u00e1nya teh\u00e1t nem mentes\u00edt a k\u00f6ztisztas\u00e1gi szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1s k\u00f6lts\u00e9geinek megfizet\u00e9se al\u00f3l, \u00e9s magasabb kiad\u00e1sokhoz vezethet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Az \u00e1tszervez\u00e9s c\u00e9lja az elk\u00fcl\u00f6n\u00edtett gy\u0171jt\u00e9s \u00e9s az \u00fajrahasznos\u00edt\u00e1s n\u00f6vel\u00e9se<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hargita Megye Tan\u00e1csa szerint az \u00faj rendszerre a hullad\u00e9kgazd\u00e1lkod\u00e1sra vonatkoz\u00f3 eur\u00f3pai \u00e9s orsz\u00e1gos k\u00f6vetelm\u00e9nyek teljes\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9hez van sz\u00fcks\u00e9g. Ezek c\u00e9lja az elk\u00fcl\u00f6n\u00edtetten gy\u0171jt\u00f6tt \u00e9s \u00fajrahasznos\u00edtott hullad\u00e9k mennyis\u00e9g\u00e9nek n\u00f6vel\u00e9se, valamint a lerak\u00f3kba ker\u00fcl\u0151 hullad\u00e9k mennyis\u00e9g\u00e9nek cs\u00f6kkent\u00e9se.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Az el\u0151\u00edr\u00e1soknak nem megfelel\u0151 hullad\u00e9klerak\u00f3k bez\u00e1r\u00e1sa \u00e9s a megyei infrastrukt\u00fara fejleszt\u00e9se ut\u00e1n a korszer\u0171s\u00edt\u00e9st a hullad\u00e9kgy\u0171jt\u00e9s, -sz\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1s \u00e9s -kezel\u00e9s \u00e1tszervez\u00e9s\u00e9vel kell folytatni \u2013 magyar\u00e1zza az int\u00e9zm\u00e9ny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A v\u00e1rhat\u00f3an 2026 december\u00e9ben m\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9sbe l\u00e9p\u0151 rendszert hossz\u00fa t\u00e1vra tervezt\u00e9k, \u00e9s lehet\u0151v\u00e9 teszi a tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9gek \u00f6sszehangol\u00e1s\u00e1t, valamint a szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1sok megyei szint\u0171 nyomon k\u00f6vet\u00e9s\u00e9t.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hargita megye 2026 december\u00e9t\u0151l integr\u00e1lt hullad\u00e9kgazd\u00e1lkod\u00e1si rendszerre t\u00e9r \u00e1t.
