A tanulm\u00e1nyt az Distribu\u021bie Energie Electric\u0103 Rom\u00e2nia (DEER) Hargita megyei kirendelts\u00e9ge k\u00e9sz\u00edtette. A dokumentum \u00e1tv\u00e9tel\u00e9vel az \u00f6nkorm\u00e1nyzat folytathatja a projekt el\u0151k\u00e9sz\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9t: kieg\u00e9sz\u00edti az el\u0151zetes tanulm\u00e1nyt a megval\u00f3s\u00edthat\u00f3s\u00e1gi tanulm\u00e1ny elk\u00e9sz\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9hez sz\u00fcks\u00e9ges elemekkel, majd megrendeli a m\u0171szaki tervet. A megval\u00f3s\u00edthat\u00f3s\u00e1gi tanulm\u00e1nyt a helyi tan\u00e1csnak kell j\u00f3v\u00e1hagynia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A beruh\u00e1z\u00e1s c\u00e9lja a Sz\u00e9csenyben \u00e9l\u0151 h\u00e1ztart\u00e1si fogyaszt\u00f3k villamosenergia-ell\u00e1t\u00e1sa. A t\u00e9rs\u00e9g gyors urbaniz\u00e1ci\u00f3s folyamaton megy kereszt\u00fcl. A beruh\u00e1z\u00e1s becs\u00fclt \u00e9rt\u00e9ke meghaladja a 17 milli\u00f3 lejt, a teljes k\u00f6lts\u00e9g pedig a kieg\u00e9sz\u00edt\u0151 tanulm\u00e1nyok \u00e9s az esetleges kisaj\u00e1t\u00edt\u00e1sok ut\u00e1n a 20 milli\u00f3 lejt is t\u00fall\u00e9pheti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Korodi Attila polg\u00e1rmester elmondta, hogy a projekt t\u00f6bb tervez\u00e9si, \u00fajratervez\u00e9si, valamint jogi \u00e9s k\u00f6zigazgat\u00e1si elemz\u00e9si szakaszt foglalt mag\u00e1ban. K\u00f6zl\u00e9se szerint a jogszab\u00e1lyok \u00e9rtelm\u00e9ben az \u00f6nkorm\u00e1nyzatnak el\u0151 kell finansz\u00edroznia a munk\u00e1latokat, a DEER pedig k\u00e9s\u0151bb a k\u00f6lts\u00e9gek t\u00f6bb mint fel\u00e9t visszat\u00e9r\u00edti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201eFontos m\u00e9rf\u00f6ldk\u0151, hogy \u00e1tvehetj\u00fck az el\u0151zetes megval\u00f3s\u00edthat\u00f3s\u00e1gi tanulm\u00e1nyt, mert \u00edgy tov\u00e1bbl\u00e9phet\u00fcnk a v\u00e9gleges megval\u00f3s\u00edthat\u00f3s\u00e1gi tanulm\u00e1ny, majd a m\u0171szaki tervek elk\u00e9sz\u00edt\u00e9se fel\u00e9\u201d \u2013 k\u00f6z\u00f6lte a polg\u00e1rmester.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A villamosenergia-h\u00e1l\u00f3zat b\u0151v\u00edt\u00e9se a t\u00e9rs\u00e9g \u00e1tfog\u00f3bb fejleszt\u00e9si terv\u00e9nek r\u00e9sze.
